Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and propose architectural improvements to enhance performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement rigorous testing protocols and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a backend framework (e.g., Express, Django, .NET).
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Illinois or Georgia office or hybrid setup.
