Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Lead cloud migration projects to AWS with Terraform infrastructure
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and technical community
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
- Deep AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure) preferred
