Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Review: Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical challenges and implement innovative solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Testing & QA: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure robustness and security of the application.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation for systems and APIs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on efficiency.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
