Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for 150+ employees
- Manage helpdesk tickets using Zendesk with 24-hour SLA response
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure including routers/firewalls
- Document IT procedures and create user training materials
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and repairs
- Support cloud services (O365, Azure) and cybersecurity protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
- Experience with VPN configuration and endpoint management
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
