Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver high-quality products.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure stability and performance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance during code reviews and architectural planning.
- Optimization: Identify areas for performance improvement and implement optimizations to enhance user experience.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and API specifications for the development team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Frameworks: Experience with React, Angular, or Node.js is highly preferred.
- Database: Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders.
