Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Architecture: Define and implement best practices for system architecture, database design, and API development.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize web applications for speed and scalability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js or Vue.js with a strong understanding of state management (Redux, Pinia).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
