Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and implement improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
