Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming technical support tickets via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for a diverse client base.
- Document all interactions and solutions in our ticketing system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to escalate complex issues that require weekday intervention.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on completed tickets to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
