Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in building scalable cloud-native solutions
- Mentor 5+ engineers through code reviews and architecture planning
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Optimize system performance for 10M+ user applications
- Drive innovation through quarterly tech sprints and hackathons
- Own incident response and system reliability metrics
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices
- Strong background in Go, Python, or Java with distributed systems
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
