- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and chat to internal staff and clients.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to provide informed solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work part-time hours with reliability and flexibility.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
