Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking.
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from defining job requirements to extending offers.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective interviewing strategies.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
