Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Identify technical risks and implement strategies to mitigate them in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
