Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Design and optimize database schemas and RESTful API integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality standards.
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks in the application stack.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and ORM tools (e.g., Sequelize, TypeORM).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
