Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern architectures.
- Lead technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and security.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture within the engineering department.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement efficient, long-term fixes.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications on time.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
