Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and UI/UX specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain high code quality standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security for a seamless user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, testing, and deployment.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js. Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies with a focus on iterative delivery.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
