Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates as assigned.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software configurations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA) is a plus.
