Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across enterprise systems
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support via phone, email, and remote access
- Document incident tickets and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Deploy and configure new workstations, servers, and network devices
- Conduct user training on software applications and security protocols
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex technical escalations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent industry credentials
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity and cloud services
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL processes

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Dallas/Georgia offices
