Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable front-end and back-end web applications.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through best practices and code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance platform functionality.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
