Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and QA) to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Lead code reviews and establish coding standards to ensure maintainability and security across the codebase.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including architecture planning, implementation, and post-deployment support.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and API design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in remote or hybrid teams.
