- Coordinate multi-line phone system with 15+ extensions and voicemail management
- Perform administrative tasks: scheduling, appointment coordination, and document processing
- Maintain digital filing systems with 100% accuracy for client records
- Oversee office inventory management and supply procurement
- Support team coordination through calendar management and meeting logistics
- Uphold brand standards through professional communication and presentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills in English/Spanish
- Proven multitasking ability with attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record (for occasional errands)
