- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Provide accurate product information and troubleshooting assistance to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Log detailed interactions and feedback into our CRM system to track account health.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to resolve complex account issues.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
- Conduct product training sessions for new team members to maintain service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends during peak seasons.
