Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot basic software and hardware problems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account status.
- Collaborate with the support team to develop solutions and improve service protocols.
- Provide product training and guidance to new customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
