Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for 5-10 events monthly
- Manage vendor relationships and on-site execution
- Handle attendee registration and communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on event design
- Conduct post-event analysis and reporting
- Maintain event budgets and inventory systems
- Ensure compliance with venue regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event coordination experience
- Proficiency in event management software (Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Valid California driver's license
- BA/BS in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus
