- Coordinate on-site event logistics including setup, staffing, and vendor management
- Manage client communications and ensure flawless execution of event timelines
- Conduct venue walkthroughs and troubleshoot operational issues in real-time
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance event branding and attendee engagement
- Maintain detailed event documentation and post-event performance analytics
- Train and supervise temporary event staff during peak seasons
Qualifications
- 2+ years of event coordination or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to minute details
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Proven track record of managing budgets up to $50K
