Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for corporate and social events in the DC metro area
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown Handle client communications and timeline management
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
- Prepare event materials and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event coordination experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proven problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Knowledge of DC venue landscape preferred
