Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and live chat requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide accurate product information to resolve customer concerns.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records in our CRM database to ensure data accuracy and seamless service delivery.
- Client Onboarding: Assist new clients with the setup process and provide training materials to ensure successful adoption of our services.
- Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between clients and the product team, relaying valuable user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, process invoices, and handle general office duties as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related support role is required.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Work Style: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability: Must be available to work a part-time schedule, typically 20-30 hours per week.
