Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges while verifying customer details.
- Maintain Records: Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to address complex customer needs.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to management to help improve our services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
