Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% resolution rate
- Update and maintain CRM records with 100% accuracy for all client interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Process orders, returns, and service requests while adhering to SLAs
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge
- Generate weekly performance reports using Salesforce and Excel
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with empathy focus
- Ability to multitask across 3+ communication channels simultaneously
- Available 20-25 hours/week including weekends and evenings
- Must pass background check and drug screening
