Your Role
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled with precision and care. You will work a flexible part-time schedule designed to accommodate your lifestyle while meeting business needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by investigating problems, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate data within our CRM systems.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services while adhering to company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and computer hardware are required for remote/hybrid support roles.
- Availability to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
