Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training new hires on company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
