Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications
