Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency while meeting SLAs
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems with 99% accuracy

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environment
