Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone or in person with patience and clarity.
- Assist with product selection, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfortable using technology.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
