Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our database systems.
- Assist customers with product information and account troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update customer records and maintain detailed logs of all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
