Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for both home and business clients.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex escalations.

Qualifications
