Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Answer incoming calls professionally and route them to the correct department or take detailed messages.
- Document Organization: Maintain an organized filing system (both digital and physical) ensuring all client and company records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Communication Support: Draft, proofread, and send emails and internal memos to ensure clear communication across the office.
- Supply Chain: Monitor office supply levels and place orders for necessary materials such as paper, ink, and stationery.
- Visitor Relations: Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and directing them to the appropriate meeting rooms.
- Data Entry: Assist in inputting data into our CRM and accounting software with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in high school or a recent graduate.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have reliable transportation to and from our Virginia Beach office.
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and navigating the internet.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately without errors.
- Teamwork: A positive attitude and willingness to learn from senior staff members.
