Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across departments
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings and community events
- Perform advanced data entry and maintain confidential digital filing systems
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Support special projects requiring research and presentation development
Qualifications
- Current high school student (16-18) with minimum 3.5 GPA
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
