Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift personnel, including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, including forklift operations and inventory audits
- Implement safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Coordinate with day shift management for seamless operational transitions
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to senior leadership
- Maintain accurate documentation for inventory control and compliance reporting
- Train staff on new equipment and warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
