Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper training
- Maintain organized inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse setting
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete accurate documentation of inventory movements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Reliable transportation to the 789 Industrial Park Drive location
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexible availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday-Friday)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
