Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming support tickets and communications during overnight shifts.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for clients based in New York and Tampa.
- Ensure data accuracy and complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to strict company protocols.
- Identify and escalate potential process improvements to the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or logistics is a plus.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently.
