Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and manage inquiries via phone and email.
- Process sales transactions and returns accurately using POS systems.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Keep the sales floor organized and well-stocked with inventory.
- Assist in training new team members as they onboard.
- Update customer records in the internal database with precision.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
