Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails during the night shift schedule.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems for customers efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in the CRM.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow continuity.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
