Responsibilities
- Oversee daily receiving, shipping, and inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight schedules to guarantee timely delivery.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards across the warehouse floor.
- Train and mentor night shift staff on standard operational procedures.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for accurate data entry and reporting.
- Resolve operational discrepancies and inventory shortages immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in supply chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of logistics or warehouse experience.
- Experience with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan).
- Strong ability to work independently and stay focused during night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
