Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service via phone, email, and chat during night hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our software and hardware products.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding company products and services.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless escalation and issue resolution.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, IT helpdesk, or technical support.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night shift environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection is required if working remotely/hybrid.
