As a Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the voice of our brand, ensuring our clients receive world-class support around the clock. You will manage high-volume inquiries, resolve complex issues, and maintain our high standards of service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisors or technical teams.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Participate in daily team huddles and shift debriefs to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Reliable transportation and stable work history.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
