Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Manage incoming calls and emails regarding orders, billing, and product information during evening hours.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions or escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
- Follow Scripts: Adhere to company protocols and call scripts to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Shift Maintenance: Ensure punctuality and adherence to the night shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum educational requirement.

- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
