Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails during the night shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex technical or operational issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software (training provided).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
