Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Assist customers with product information, account details, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and response times.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
