Your Role
As a Night Shift Representative, you will manage incoming calls, emails, and chat tickets from clients regarding our software solutions. You will troubleshoot technical problems and ensure our clients have a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and chat during night shifts.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software problems efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of support.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup if remote.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
