Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve technical and billing issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support tiers.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
